Delivery Timings
- Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM,
Monday to Saturday, according to your selected plan.
There are no Sunday deliveries.
- Public holiday deliveries continue unless notified otherwise.
If Susampad misses a scheduled delivery, we will extend your
current subscription to adjust it.
Skip Policy
- Eligible monthly plans include up to
4 skips per month.
Weekly plans do not include skips.
- Request skips before 5:00 PM IST on the previous day
and wait for confirmation from our team.
- Eligible skips are credited to your next subscription
after renewal. They do not extend your current subscription.
